The manufacturing process of sintered stone tiles is extremely rigorous to ensure their high quality and excellent performance. The following are the main process requirements in the production of sintered stone tiles:

1. Raw Material Selection and Proportioning
High-purity raw materials: High-purity silicon dioxide, inorganic clay, quartz, feldspar powder, etc., are used as the main raw materials to ensure the stability and consistency of the materials.
Precise proportioning: The proportion of various raw materials is strictly controlled according to product performance requirements to guarantee the hardness, wear resistance, and temperature resistance of the sintered stone tiles.

2. Powder Preparation
Fine grinding: The raw materials must be finely ground to ensure uniform and fine particles, reducing defects during the production process.
Uniform mixing: The powder is thoroughly mixed using high-efficiency mixing equipment to ensure uniform distribution of components.

3. Pressing and Forming
High-pressure pressing: High-tonnage presses (usually over ten thousand tons) are used to press the powder, ensuring high density and a compact structure of the tile body.
Tile body strength: The pressed tile body must have sufficient strength for subsequent processing and transportation.

4. Drying Process
Low-temperature slow drying: A low-temperature slow drying process is used to prevent cracks or deformation of the tile body due to rapid drying.
Moisture control: The moisture content of the tile body is strictly controlled to ensure the stability of the subsequent firing process.

5. High-Temperature Firing
High-temperature sintering: The firing temperature is usually above 1200℃, allowing the tile body to be fully sintered and form a dense ceramic structure.
Precise temperature control: The temperature curve must be precisely controlled during the firing process to avoid over-firing or under-firing, which would affect product performance.

6. Surface Treatment
Polishing or matte finish: The tile surface is polished or given a matte finish as needed to improve aesthetics and functionality.
Anti-fouling coating: Some sintered stone tiles are coated with an anti-fouling layer to enhance stain resistance.
