Full-body porcelain slabs are a type of ceramic material made from natural mineral raw materials (such as kaolin, quartz, feldspar, etc.) through high-temperature sintering. Its material characteristics include:

 

High-purity raw materials: Using high-quality kaolin, quartz, etc., to ensure the purity and stability of the material.


High-temperature sintering: Typically fired at temperatures above 1200℃, densifying the material and giving it excellent hardness and wear resistance.


No added composite materials: Unlike ordinary ceramics, full-body porcelain slabs do not contain resins or other organic additives, and are composed entirely of inorganic minerals.


Low water absorption: Extremely low water absorption rate (usually <0.5%), therefore highly stain-resistant and suitable for use in humid environments.


High density: The density is usually between 2.3 and 2.6 g/cm³, resulting in a compact structure and good impact resistance.


Due to its superior material properties, full-body porcelain slabs are widely used in architectural decoration (such as walls and floors), kitchen countertops, furniture veneers, and other fields.
